Ask Carol har tidligere spilt både i Filippinene, Sør Korea, Japan, USA (to ganger på SXSW), Danmark og Sverige, i tillegg til Norge (hvor de blant annet har spilt på Livestock Festivalen, KlubbØya, Kongsberg Jazzfestival, BLÅ, Chateau Neuf og mange fler). I oktober i fjor gjorde de sin første support-turné, hvor de varmet opp for blant annet The Brian Jonestown Massacre og Magna Carta Cartel. De spiller et duo-sett, som gir et særegent sound, og til tross for at de kun er to på scenen låter det fyldig og stort. Med frontkvinne Karoline på både vokal, gitar, og perkusjon, og Ask på trommer, gitar og synth, utfordres det tradisjonelle duo-formatet med deres live multi-tasking. Musikken beveger seg dynamisk fra det sarte til det råe, fra det helt rene til monster-fuzz, oftest med utgangspunkt i rock. Med paralleller til 70-talls rocken, lar de seg også inspirere av nyere band, som The Kills og Jack White, samtidig som de kan få deg til å tenke på artister som TwentyOnePilots, The XX og Lana Del Rey. 22. februar ga de ut sin første, selv-produserte singel, etter debut EP-en som kom i fjor. De jobber nå med sin første full-lengder.
